A few weeks back I started playing SNGs on Prima. Someone told me that 20x buy in would be sufficient if you are a winning player, but since I hadn't played much tournaments before I started out at the $10 level. Played a few hundred with 59% ITM and 28% ROI. Well this looked good and I started playing the $20 ones too, numbers went down a bit, but not much. A couple of days ago I decided to try some MTT and signed up for a 30+3 tourney, had only tried freerolls before so I was sceptical, but playing sensible poker got me to the final table and one of my more enjoyable poker sessions so far. So for those of you that bothered reading all this crap, my queston is this: How large a bankroll would you recommend for MTTs? I'm guessing it has to be larger then for SNGs because of higher variance? Thank you.
