6.5 hrs

710 hands - all at Poker Plex or Empire $100 tables

MT ratio: 2.2

+$165.86

+11.68PTBB/100

PPx bonus +$50

Total bankroll increase: $215.86

True hourly rate: $33.30

Didn't play much as doing autorate article. Also played 2 rather than 3 tables most of the time as I was building up bankroll on these sites from $200 at each... (I saw it as a bit of a challenge but probbaly better EV just to load up with netteller :))

When i did play I wasn't really playing very well - far too LAGgy (works well on PPx (15+PTBB/100), not so well on Empire (+5PTBB/100). Got away with it though.

Lets see.... Finally found a casino boat that has NL poker, and raked in a nice $250 from bozos who would play any two damned cards, and were POSITIVE their pocket 8s would hold up, nevermind the board was AKQJ2, 4 spades, and there's 5 people in the hand...
Trying to clear the bonus on PS, had 2 HORRIBLE beats (flopped 2 boats, lost them both...), but then caught a ridiculous run of wins in SNGs, and ended up about even, counting the bonus... Not exactly what I was looking for, but it's better than losin my ass...

Totals...
B&M - 5 hours - +$250...
Online - 16 hours - $0...

Oh well, better to win a little than lose a lot...

Feel like I'm spinning my wheels. But up is better than down, I guess.

I hate AA because I am so, so bad at laying it down. Can't remember the last time I folded it - seems like I always go to showdown with it when I'm losing, or win on the flop when I'm ahead. Bleah.

Anyway. Results.

9.3 hours at the GC $20 tables, +$54.39, +$5.88/hr, +29 BB/hr, probably about +8 PTBB/100.

Kent... Practically NO ONE can lay down AA... That's what makes them so great, and so dangerous... BTW, how come the low # of hours...? And, are you planning to move back to the $50 tables, or still comfortable down at the $20s...

MVP, thanks for your interest!

I have logged over a hundred hours at the $20 tables with an average of just under $12 per hour. It's not big money, but it feels so relatively swing-free. And the rake is so low. It's just, yeah, like you said, really comfortable.

I hate the rake and the swings at the $50s. Ten times the fricking rake on the big hands ($3.00 vs 30c)! Bleah!!

But I do need to move up. I'll figure this out, and get it done, honest I will.

As for the few hours, well, Sundays are my big day to play poker -- I usually log at least 3 hours Sundays. I just happened to feel like playing Warcraft most of the day this last Sunday instead of poker. Not sure why.

I've started using the cardplayer poker anaylst to make tracking money wasier for taxes and such. Instead of have each table as one session; I now count a session as however long I play (even if I'm playing on 3 tables.)

All 1/2NL
Cash Games Count : 8
Total Amount : $970.52
Total Hours : 12h 15m
Average per Hour : $79.23
Wins : 7
Losses : 1
Std. Dev. (Amount) : $94.04

My last session I lost a $412 pot with 99 on a flop of KK9. The opponent had KQ and moved all-in on the turn..quaded on the river. If it wasn't for that...well this would have been a blockbuster week (even though I hardly played.) I wouldn't mind holding that $80 an hour number...I have been for the last 4 weeks so who knows? :)
