Interesting posts going on in these threads. I love the conversations.

I'm away from home right now so can't post my results yet. I'll do it soon though.

So post your own results! Just do it! We all want to know how well you did last week.

Okay, here goes...

$2/$4

Hands: 426
Amount Won: -$194.25
BB/100: -11.40

$1/$2

Hands: 1030
Amount Won: $144.78
BB/100: 7.03

$50NL

Hands: 222
Amount Won: $76.54
BB/100: 34.48

Total

Hands: 1678
Amount Won: $27.07
BB/100: 5.98

Seems a tough week to finish only $27.07 ahead. God knows what is happening with the $2/$4 as normally I rock at that and lose big time at the $1/$2. I am now playing the $50NL though I think I am due some variance before I can be too smug. I did work off about $150 in bonus money too so cannot complain.

Oh I got $74 something for 2nd the BTP too (smug knowing look).

hmm 12 hours - roughly even split between NL $100 at UB/PS and $50 NL at Party (750 hands at each) with 150 $25 6-max hands thrown in as I tested the 6-max waters..
MT ratio 2.4

$100 Tables- break even actually a $5 loss (-0.3PTBB?100) but more than covered by $30 in bonuses

$50 Tables- +$182 (+19PTBB/100)

$25 -6-max - +$7 (woop) (+9.5PTBB/100)

Total +$183.63 (+10.33PTBB/100)

Bonuses UB $30

Overall +$213.63
Real hourly rate - $17.80/hr

Lessons of this week are that I'm not yet quite good/calm enough yet for the UB $100 tables but am still slaughtering the Party $50's....

I'm going to get some practice in at the UB $50's this week and try some more short-handed play..

Oh - also blew $11 at BTP tourney - came 8th....no other non-Ring this week but have spent a lot of time with new autorates and am confident that they will help me increase win rates.....

Actually, I've never played NL ring because its never been comfortable for me. I have played some PLO8, but after 6k hands, I was showing a marginal loss and I was under a much greater stress from it - so I decided to set it aside for a little while.

If they come up for a reload soon though (Empire - not party), I'd be hard pressed to find my money to deposit there as most of it is tied up right now (not really - but I would be scrambling - that's for sure...)

In all honesty, I'm keeping my head up. Last night's loss I think was more tilt than I gave it credit for as I was arguing online with a friend of mine tied with a bad call on my part to start it off. I'm still certain I will be able to turn this around by month's end (and that's the only figure I care about... weekly results are too short term).

I put in another good 50hrs last week....MTTs are way too much fun to stay away from. Had a great week, +8400, mainly due to my one big win.

All play on GC

Started off the week playing $50 tables and was up +250 by day 4 reaching my BR goal of $1700 allowing me to try the $100 tables w/ a strict drop down rule of 2 lost buyins.

1500ish hands on the $100 tables were up and down but after loosing $175 in a few tough hands I dropped back to the $50 tables. I did have a very nice Royal flush and actually got paid for it... 2 all ins ahead of me was enough to make me smile

Afew hands after my royal I was delt AA in the BB.. limped around to me and I raised 7 BB.. got 2 callers Flop came AJJ pretty good flop for AA except it gave quad Js to one of my opponents and my stack went by by. I ran into quads 2 more times before I was down almost 2 full buyins so I dropped back to the $50 tables.

I managed to post 2 more loosing days on the $50 tables giving me a net loss for the week. Overall I dropped about 7 buyins for a net loss of -184.13. Im sure 2 - 3 buyins are Tilt plays. Iv spent a few hrs reviewing hands in PT and over all my play wasnt terrible.. but I do seem to be overplaying TPTK/AA/KK and will work on that.

$100 tables 1467 hands -177.82
$50 tables 9437 hands -6.31

Ive said this many times, but when I first moved to the $100's, I got my ass handed to me and moved back down quickly.

I was not only not playing that well but I was intimidated.

The next time I moved up, I crushed them. Im sure you'll do the same. Its all part of the learning process for a serious player.
