RESULTS Mon 25th Apr - Sun 1st May 2005

Postby k3nt » Sun May 01, 2005 4:42 pm

Post reuslts, post conversation, etc.

Weekly results go here.

Any interest in starting monthly and/or quarterly results threads?

My week so far. (I may play a little more tonight, but maybe not.)

All at the $20 NL tables at Gaming Club.

9.3 hours, +$154.62, +$16.72 / hour. Nice hourly rate for these limits. Yay. Glad to be back on the winning track.

On the other hand, it means I really should be playing $50 again soon.

But, see, the thing is, the $20 game feels comfortable and easy. I feel confident, but usually not too confident so that I get killed, which is good. Plus the rake is SO tiny compared to the $50 tables.

The bankroll can handle the $50 game. Not sure my mind can yet, though.

I think I'd rather win a little than lose a lot. Or is that an excuse to wimp out?

ANYWAY. This is a results thread. I shouldn't hijack it before it even gets started! :)

Spent a couple days in Vegas, and reminded myself that I'm a MUCH better B&M player than an online one... Won $1400 in about 24 hours in 3 days... haven't played much online since, but I'll start chipping away at my winnings soon enough...

All on GC $50 tables

12 hrs +168.72

Pretty solid week, had a horrible day on friday loosing $130ish, 2 were monster suckouts, I got a suckout on sunday to partially make up for it tho :P ALL IN w/ top 2 pair (AAs and JJs) vs bottom set, I caught an A on the riv to save my spotty a$$

My BB/100 rate sucks ATM but this week was a step in the right direction after 2 pretty crappy weeks prior.

Well, I said I needed to make April positive, and managed to do so in a nice way. Last week was spectacular after my previous significant losses:

+$358.50

I'll be posting most of my major results in my journal, but if you want to do a quarterly thread (or a monthly one), I'd post there as well. Just not with as much detail.

Well I guess since I post the good I'll have to post the bad as well. Had a nice little week going for me until the nightmare on Sunday.

25 ------------------- 68.19 6h10m
26 ------------------- 162.58 2h55m
27 ------------------- 173.46 1h50m
28 ------------------- 234.94 40m
29 ------------------- 272.89 2h40m
30 ------------------- 440.00 6h
May 1 ------------- (-1706.96) 10h

Total: (-354.90)
Time: 30h15m

The only bright spot was that I finally put in over 30 hours in a week, too bad is was for a negative return.
