I think Theory Of Poker is the way to go. I mean its not specifically for NL but its an amazing book and you will get so much out of it. SS2 is good too. I like it, however it is not really that applicable to the games i play $50NL. For the style Doyle advises to be sucessful people actually have to fold. But nonetheless, it is the BEST book or No-Limit holdem i have read.
Skanskly has a NLHE cash game book coming out in the next few months. I think it is going to be the equivalent of HEFAP in NL. I think that will be the new standard for NL cash games when it comes out. Good Luck!
Mastering No Limit Hold 'Em by by Russell Fox
"This book is not for experts of the game, nor is it for people just starting to learn how to play poker. This is a book for the player who has played some limit hold'em for a while and is interested in learning how to play solid no-limit hold'em."
This is my favorite NLH book because it is applicable to smaller Limit NLH games online and B&M.
