No. 3 handed this hand has pretty much no value at all. Suited and i"d give it a little more thought. I'm not a big fan of blind defense when its not heads up.

Poker is silly.

It is not enough to be good at chess, you must also play well.

Somewhere in the world someone is training when you are not. When you race him, he will win.

Blind defense isn't a strict +/-EV situation. The odds say you should be able to see at least a few flops 'free' in your BB. If you have an aggressive steal raiser in your game who continuously raises your blind you must occasionally give them a reason to believe they will have to play a hand or two in that situation. You also need to reraise more on a game theory basis (regardless of your cards) because unless you are running really well, you can't be assured you will get enough hands playable against a raise in the normal flow of the game, and you must occasionally let the steal raiser know he will be playing for more than just the 2bet he planned on. It increases your variance but it (BB steal defense) is occasionally necessary (at least 1/3 of the time and reraise around every third time you defend). The idea is to make it enough of a problem for the thief that he stops, or at least greatly lowers his frequency. I'm talking about FR limit here and situations where you are able to get HU with the raiser (mostly in the BB after SB folds and no other limpers before the thief/raiser). I Imagine the stats and situations (regarding how often you 'have to' defend to deny the thief an automatic profit) change for SH, particularly since you pay higher rent at those tables.
