Extracting w/ a monster vs a rock.

[Kh][Td] in the BB. 6 way flop.
[Kd][Kc][6c] Pot = 6 SB
I lead flop, UTG+1 raises, everyone else folds, I call.
UTG+1 = 4 VP$IP/2 PFR/20 WTSD after just over 100 hands.
My immediate thoughts are, S**T, I'm outkicked and going to lose a big pot.
Turn [Th] Pot = 5 BB
Bet out and hope he raises, or go for c/r?

Bonus discussion: The merits of limp-re-raising AA early position in fairly tight aggressive games. I've done it 2x so far, there was a raise behind both times, and it has worked perfectly both times (+11BB total). This is assuming you can get away from the hand if it turns into a complete disaster.

I think checkraise would be best cause if the dude only found 4 hands to play in 100, he's probably super timid. I'd almost always bet and 3 bet but I think this might be a rare exception.

I think your both right. I probably should have c/r, but at the time I didn't. I bet out and he folded. I still can't figure out what he had. I've since played another session with him and while he has played equally tight, I did see him PFR TT UTG so I can only think he had 9's. I didn't figure him likely to raise a draw on a paired board so I thought he had to have a K with a better kicker and would most likely raise my turn bet. I was wrong and he folded. Then again, if he was going to fold the turn it may be unlikely that he would have bet anyway. I may have been in a no win situation.

As to the AA question. The games can be anywhere from rocklike to semi-loose depending upon day and time, but almost always aggressive. Rarely does a hand get to the flop without a PFR. Occasionally there are 3 bet pre-flop, but you are just as likely to either be cold-called from late or pickup the blinds preflop.
