Hey guys,

This advice is helping, so I'll keep asking if you don't mind :D I wonder if I should be firing out in these hands, I know I have left money out there on all three, but I also know how it can turn sour letting people see cards for free.

Thanks guys,

I guess I'm in a good postion in those first two now that you point it out - little lost with my options in the third hand - my thoughts at the time were that I wanted to take down the pot, which I considered a whole lot better than losing a blind, but is this not a bad hand in this position? Could I check raise the flop, or call down a flop and turn bet and lead out at the river even?

I dno dood i mean, when your 'trying to pickup the pot' that usually means your firing into a little pot with a very bad hand, a draw, or nothin atall, hopin that no one will bother to call you- when you flop an ace with a mid sized kicker innan unraised pot, your pretty likely to have the best hand here-- i mean yeah someone with AT might have limped, but its more likely that if anyone has an ace here, its prolly like a small suited one, more likely someones in there with like KJ or JT or somethin, which means your not tryin to 'pickup the pot' here, your trying to get value out of your hand...And generally i like the CR here better than the bet to do that, because the check is likely to induce an LP bet even if he doesnt have a hand since the pots small and three handed, which means that you win an extra SB, ot even 2SBs if he decides to peel there with like JT or something...

You really need to raise the first hand preflop.
SB, KQo, after one limper mandates a raise. There is a decent chance you have the best hand, and you should take control of this hand preflop since you are OOP.

Second hand not three betting the river is a HUGE leak.

Third hand is fine. I like to bet out with a medium ace here to guage where you are at.
