Good Laydowns??!?!?!!

Postby MecosKing » Tue Apr 05, 2005 7:58 pm

I dunno. Let the HH's speak for themselves.
Needless to say, ive been battling the runnin bad blues, all day.

A little aside though: When i laid the aces, it was against a guy that PT said was a tight/aggressive/solid player. THANKS PT!!! [sarcastic]

I'm inclined to stick around in the first one -- the pot's really big, and solid players know to bet the scare card. The second is a much easier laydown with the ace out there. I might raise the flop depending on the opponent, but against two opponents I'm inclined to lay it down.

On the first hand at the point u fold you are getting about 12 to 1 on a 22 to 1 draw, figuring your aces are beat at that point. On that hand I wouldve folded also.

Second hand, I agree w/ nawton. But then again I'm fairly passive anyway.
I do not think, therefore I am not.
