Most struggling limit players fall into 3 large pitfalls.

1.) Sucking in the blinds
2.) Sucking at table selection
3.) Not aggressive enough

By the looks of your stats a PFR of 3% is weak.

I agree Pre Flop Raise should be around 7% and you could post your post flop aggression number too.

I think you should do a little leak search using PT. Sounds like you have a big enough dbase.

Common trouble hands that should be good money makers but are easy to lose with are

AK
AKsuited
AQ
AQsuited
JJ
TT

There are also lots of trap hands that follow down the chain but I would start with these.

I know I make mistakes every session and I will go sort PT for the big losers and replay them to try to learn something. Sometimes there is nothing you can do but a lot of times watching the hand play out after the fact (when your not in the heat of battle) it is easy to see where you went wrong.

Good Luck

Low VPIP + low PFR = you're not making enough big pots so when your wtsd and w$sd fit a tag style you're not getting paid off enough. Please post aggression numbers as well on other streets. -.4 bb/100 shouldn't be happening to someone who consistently wins at .50/1.

Do you ever feel like the other players are setting the tempo, not you and running you over (at times)? That's what happens w/ those low aggression numbers. I had the same problem weeks ago (you can still see my thread not too far down the first page of forum)

Considering that you have a 15% vpip, you might be well served going to showdown a bit more. You have to be folding too many winners.

As others have said, you're far too passive. If you're only going to play 15% of your hands you have got to make an impact when you have a good one.

1/2 has quite a few solid players. They will railroad you if you are too passive.
