Why didn't you Check Raise the turn and then bet the river for +2 BB. It is very unlikely that he raised you with trip 10's on the flop as in most cases he would wait to ambush you on the turn with that hand. I try that line of play or in the very least I three bet him on the flop and lead again at the turn and go from there.
