I probably lose more money on this hand once I'm in on the flop. However, I would fold this hand UTG+1. Its too early of a position to play small pp's, especailly raising them.

After the flop, I'm 3 betting that turn and probably 3 bet on the turn which he would cap. Unless I pair on the river, I then check call as I would be finally convinced he had something.

That line doesn't make a lot of sense to me on the last two streets. If you think you're ahead you should be 3-betting the turn or check-raising the river. Why call the turn and then lead out?

I have no problem with your preflop play if the table was weak tight (and your image was tight).
