Haven't read any of the other posts so I'll give you my interpretation of your numbers and the 3 hands.
First the 3 hands
Hand 1: KQ is a trap hand. I fold for the one raise let alone two raises preflop. You are also in the worst position to play tha hand afterwards. Afterwards, I probably play the flop the same but I don't cap on the turn and then just call it down. KQ is dominated by so many raising hands so I just fold preflop unless I'm in the BB with many callers and its suited and then I'm only look for a draw or two pair, not one pair.
Hand 2: I probably fold preflop but if I am gonna play, I raise it preflop as first in. If I play it like you, I fold the flop. I don't chase overcards in such a small pot. If you choose to continue, I would have to be the agressor to make them fold but I don't try that play very often.
Hand 3: Raise that preflop and raise it on the flop to get a free turn card unless you improve.
As for your PT numbers. You are way too loose as 26% VP$IP and you are too timid. Your aggression needs to be at least around 2 or more and your VP$IP should be around 18% or less. Mine is 11% which is the tightest except for Piers. I also make about 2BB/100 hands. Nothing great, but I'm consistent.
