With the first hand: KQo, you should have DEFINITELY folded that to two raises ahead of you. You're at least against some mix of AK, QQ, KK, or AA. You do not want to be in that flop so dominated. If it's two maniac raisers, then cold-calling those raises with KQs might be profitable.

Many times if there's an early position raise and I have KQo, I'll fold to one raise, unless I'm in the big blind. Then I'll usually at least see the flop and go from there. If I don't hit two-pr, a straight, or a flush to the suit of the K, I'd probably fold if there's substantial action on the flop. Even if you hit trips with kings on the flop, you're likely to be outkicked by someone with AK and you will pay dearly. Your KKKQx versus someone's KKKAx.

The second hand: ATo. I generally fold that in early position. Occasionally, if the table is exceptionally loose-passive, I'll limp in and hope for two-pr, set, or ten-high flop. I'd be cautious with ace-high flop, especially against this table. Someone playing Ax (A6, A5, etc) might already have two-pr and someone who just didn't raise AJ, AQ, AK preflop has you out-kicked. (I know plenty loose-passive players who do not raise ANY hands pre-flop.)

I also recommend re-reading the sticky post on beating low-limit hold'em online. I would say tightening up some pre-flop and being more aggressive post-flop would help you the most. Practice practice practice! Don't move up limits until you can beat the current one after a couple thousand hands.
