Open raise with J8s

So this table has tightened up a bit, there's a bunch of TAGs to my left, and I've been card dead so my image is really tight. The guy in the BB is the loosest at the table with 57/3/.50.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with [Jh], [8h].
2 folds, Hero raises, 5 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) [9c], [5s], [8c] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) [9s] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero ???

well, you know I wouldn't do it but if you are gonna play and make a move, you have to raise it. Bet that turn. He could easily have overs and with his low postflop aggression, if he check raises you on the turn, you can probably fold. However, there are so many hands that a loose player will call on that flop with that you still beat so I definitely fire again.
