Depends on the players and the table Poks, but yeah Ax becomes playable 4 handed, I don't really play many Kx or Qx hands unless they are reasonable, Q8s or K8s are still fine, so are hands like medium connected cards if people will pay you off alot, because you'll need to fold them alot when you miss.
