The greatest thing that's ever happened to me......

Postby JJSCOTT2 » Tue Jan 17, 2006 8:11 pm

I've played a lot of poker and won a lot of multi-buy-in pots at NL and things like that, but somehow I just think the action here really makes this like the best thing ever.

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with [6h], [7h].
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, MP3 calls, 2 folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) [9h], [3c], [5h] (5 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG raises, UTG+1 3-bets, MP3 calls, Hero caps, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (10.50 BB) [8h] (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, UTG+1 raises, MP3 calls, Hero 3-bets, UTG caps, UTG+1 calls, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

River: (26.50 BB) [Kc] (4 players)
Hero bets, UTG raises, UTG+1 calls, MP3 calls $2.25 (All-In), Hero 3-bets, UTG calls $1 (All-In), UTG+1 calls.

Final Pot: 37.75 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has 6h 7h (straight flush, nine high).
UTG has Ah As (one pair, aces).
UTG+1 has 4d 5c (one pair, fives).
MP3 has 9c 9d (three of a kind, nines).
Outcome: Hero wins 37.75 BB.

P.S. - I love UTG + 1's action in this hand.

Hahaha, I'd expect at least one of them to turn up the nut flush, much less no flush at all.

Nice hand.
