B2B 3/6 6max hand. Button raises with any two facing the blinds and is loose aggressive in general. Trying to put a move on him, but it didnt exactly go to plan

Hero was dealt: [Jc] [6s] in the BB

Button Raise (6,00)
1fold
Hero Call (3,00)

Flop [3h] - [5d] - [Qs]

Button Bet (3,00)
Hero Call (3,00)

Turn [3h] - [5d] - [Qs] - [8d]

Button Bet (6,00)
Hero Raise (12,00)
Button Call (6,00)

River [3h] - [5d] - [Qs] - [8d] - [7c]

Button Check

I feel foolish asking this, but give up or fire again?

You came that far fire again in my opinion. I am willing to risk that last 6.00 to try and take down a pretty big pot now. Sometimes you just walk into a hand  but if I decide to make a stand from someone bulldozing my big blind then I will run the full bluff. Sometimes it works, sometimes you take it down on the turn and sometimes you get caught but I will still stick by my opinion that defending with virtually any two from a late position raise Heads Up will end up showing a better result over time than just defending with your better holdings. I personally like the way you played your hand except for that river check.

Don't give up now. I think it's pretty obvious he doesn't have a queen. I'd say half the time you're going to see them fold, and half the time you're going to see them showdown with TT or 99 in this situation.

Edit: Why didn't you raise preflop?
