I've never read SS2. I can tell you that I've played all the limits from 0.50/1 up to 15/30, and with the exception of tightening up pre-flop slightly as I moved up, I can tell you that I've played the same way from the bottom all the way up.
Having not read SS2, but knowing how Jennifer plays, I think that my style is probably most similar to hers among the pros who put their ideas out there, with the exception that I won't loosen up as much as she does pre-flop to be placed into position with as many draws.
Her philosophy is much like the LHE counterpart to the style of Prahlad Friedman--see flops cheaply, and push with any sort of draw, made hand, or monster. As for the limits to apply this to--
Apply SOME OF the advice to the tighter limit games available places like Stars or Full Tilt, particularly 3/6 and above. Think of it this way--if you believe a player will lay down a hand, don't hesitate to bet it. At lower limits, many calling stations are lurking and will call you down with a whole bunch of nothing--a whole bunch of nothing that may be better than your busted draw.
Don't bluff or semi-bluff a calling station--at ANY limit.
