Unless BB is a gimp, he would have probably raised PF with KK. If he had TT, then he would probably pop you on the flop. It's really hard to give SB credit for either of those as well. So then there's KT or JT - and it's certainly possible either of the blinds would be playing those hands, although if you ask me, it would be more likely for BB to have one of these than it would SB. I guess I'm surprised there wasn't more action on the turn, though - which you certainly would have expected with someone holding trip T's.
With the ambiguity, though, I think boat-over-boat is a definite scare possibility here, and since BB waits until the river to raise, I'm willing to bet he's got JT. So I just call here.
