Would a C/R be more appropriate way to maximize value against 31/25/8.0 Villain (100 hands?)

I don't do this all the time but if I know my opponent is very aggressive I will bet out a weak looking amount hoping to get raised. In this case I would choose something like $19. Hopefully your opponent will put you on the busted heart draw and see it as a blocking bet then try to raise you off your hand.
