Hmmmm... I can't believe the K is a good scare card to bluff. If he's a thinking player, well, are you supposed to have AK here?
I'm really not fond of the call line, however. You actually have only 6 nut outs, but call it even 8--or 10 if you want assuming 5s is even going to be good (it probably is). There are then 43 unknowns in the deck, so you're 3.3:1 to hit your hand (including some possible difficult decisions). Pot is laying you 2.3:1 on the flop and 2.5:1 on the river.
He's also not going to call a reasonable bet if you hit your hand. So, while the actual odds maybe aren't THAT far off, you have very little implied odds when you play the hand like a draw.
Now, given his presumed raising range, with a raise you surely fold out AK and AQ, both of which have significant outs against your hand--well, AKs may push, but you're not in great shape against that one anyway. This is an enormously scary board, too for a tight raiser with an overpair. I think you have a lot of fold equity here.
