So given that you are Max 150BB deep, what lines would you take on each street and why?

Stacks:
UTG ($606.00)
CO ($599.35)
Hero ($672.00)
SB ($652.65)
BB ($600.00)

Pre-flop: ($9, 5 players) Hero is BTN [Th][Jh]
2 folds, Hero raises to $21, 1 fold, BB raises to $66, Hero calls $45

Flop: [Qd][6d][9s] ($135, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $100, BB calls $100
So lets assume he leads and CBs 3bet pots like 80% of time(we cant know exact % but we see him Cbeting a lot) . He bets about 100 and we decide to push. So we risk 534$ to win 670 pot if we push. So its 1:1.25 and we need 44% Equity.
Equity vs hands that call our push(lets assume) AQ KK QQ 99 66 AA JJ, even thought JJ is less likely and might fold. Rest of hands if call us are mostly conflip so we don't need to take that into consideration.
So range is QQ+,JcJs,JdJs,99,66,AQs,AQo, KQs so If we push we are 30-70 dog vs this range. So this range should be AKs AKo TT, 55, 44,33, 22, AJo, AJs, ATs, 88, 77, T9s, 98s)
So I opted that he 3bets only 12% of hands while he does much more for sure.
22+,ATs+,KQs,QJs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s is his 3 betting range and his folding range should be 2/3. So he should fold to push about 66% of time. So when he folds we win 235$, when he calls we lose 240$(600*(-EV of 30vs70% equity?)
So we win 2x 470$ and lose once 240 leaving us with net of 230$.

Villain is 20/16 TAG that overdefends his blinds(something like 70%) so he is 3betting me there for sure. Now, his line is a bit awkward. I don't know him good enough yet to know why he would check flop here. I don't know if it means weakness or trapping.
