In that case, you have nothing to worry about. I agree that QT is really THE hand he has to have here. Playing either fold or call against an unknown online is fine imo. You don't have odds to call, but surely vs. an unknown there's some chance he's going nuts with something else. I'd find it very difficult to find a fold with your hand in an online 6max game.
