$1/$2 NL 6max

#1) A fairly aggro tricky guy opens to $7 UTG. I call on the button with [6s].

Pot $17. Flop [4s][3s]. He checks, I bet $12. He calls.
Pot $41. Turn . He checks. I bet $29. He calls.
Pot $99. River . He leads $47. I raise all in. Looks like he has QQ-TT to me. I dont know what else he would play like this. Its about $110 to him. Thoughts?

#2) I raise $7 with [7h] in the cutoff. The button calls. Effective stacks $245. Hes a bit strange as he sits around not doing much for a while playing solid but then makes some really wierd plays. He has some bluff in him but mostly plays solid winning poker. Ive seen him call a raise with A9 in the BB and then lead into the raise on all 3 streets with absolutley nothing though.

Pot $43. River . I bet $31. He raises to $137.
