2008 Goals:

1. Make $40K by year end.
2. Play at least 100hrs a month.
3. Read 5-10 new Poker Books w/ notes.
4. Become regular at $2/$4 FR
5. Try some $5/$10 FR
6. Work on Game non-stop.

When your done with a session, go to pokerstove and run some of your big hands (or some other ones you saw at the table). After a while you will start memorizing the odds of TP vs Gutshot and overcard or straight and flush draw vs TP...or whatever.

I guess you might know this already but the 2/4 rule where you multiply your clean outs with 4 from the flop and 2 from the turn gives you an enough accurate pot % equity.
Then you pretty much have to weight it to the amount to call to get an estimate of your EV.
