I would just fold because there's no way he's playing a worse ace like this. This is 98ss/45ss, 66 and 77 a lot. Bluffs should be in his range but I don't want to pay to find out without a rock solid read. I think this is a slighly ahead/way behind situation so I let it go this deep.

I played a similar hand a little while back (I was in villains spot) and I had a combo draw. "Hero" shoved here with AK and I hit. We were not quite as deep though.

looking back, i really like either a larger 3 bet or a flat call when we are this deep.

I think the 3-bet is fine, a bit small, but fine.

Seems like a good spot to check the flop though. I mean, did he call you pre-flop with AT or AJ? Prolly not.

Let's merge our AK with TT-KK a little bit here, and take one street out of the betting with 1 pair while deepstacked, meanwhile giving him incentive to bluff.
