No, I cant say I would play them differently. This is a great illustration of the Party Poker variance factor. Some of these guys are so damned bad it hurts me to read these hand histories.

You will pummel them in the long run, but when you get a couple of these type hands back to back, its a long night.

Thanks Iceman - I thought I had played them OK. I wouldn't normally call an all-in with TPTK, but against this guy I thought it was worth it. Maybe in the 2nd hand I could've folded (after he showed trips the previous time he raised me) but, as I said, he had been bullying the table and showing crap.

I went to bed after those two beats as I was too annoyed to continue playing! I don't normally get annoyed but it had been a rough night, and those two in quick succession really pushed it too far! I'm gonna play an hour or two now and see if can claw some back. I just have to remember to keep calling raises with 32o - what a monster!

party poker has that huge varience factor. It sucks....

I can handle bad plays (calling with the 2nd best) but I just cant handle bad luck like that and stupid/crazy outdraws!

Prime Example why party poker is Satan, or at least close. I wonder if the best hand every wins on party poker. I think I might prefer to go into the river as an underdog at party it wins more.

OK my next session saw me drop another couple of buy-in's. It included a KK hand all-in pre-flop against two guys both with ATo - the A came (of course!). That isn't too bad a beat - it's just the sheer number of buy-in's i've dropped about 2 hours of play that drives me crazy! Pokertracker looks NASTY! I'll keep plugging away - they've gotta go my way sometimes!
