Even when I hit I don't hit...

Postby MVPSPORTS » Sun Apr 17, 2005 12:12 am

I think I would've actually gotten more action if I had just flopped the one 3... I checked the turn because I was trying to look as weak as possible to get him to freakin bet...

probably not. No draw at all. You may have tried betting the turn but this looks just one of those hands that you get a huge hand at the wrong time.

Maybe just a small bet on the flop....small bet on the turn...like you're trying to entice someone into letting you pull another card...With one other player though...and knowing how you play..May not work. If they have overs..possibly. Being in the BB hurt you. Could put you on a 3....and makes it an easy fold.

dang, what a flop...probably won't win much on it...i agree with don'tquit...bet small at it, makes it look like you're trying to buy it...small again on the turn if he calls...and either overbet the river or a 1/2 pot bet, hoping for a desperate call.
i haven't seen a flop like that in a coon's age...get one of those baby's at the Horseshoe...it'll make ya feel better after having to sleep in the rainforest....rofl lmao

Trust me... if I hit that flop at the Horseshoe, I may be too busy for the next couple weeks to post here  ... Haven't hit too many flops like that either, and everytime it seems to just turd out... Couple months ago, in AC, the last hand I played, limped in on the button w/ 22, this jackball SB, who I was talkin to for like 5 hours, raises it up to $12... I curse him, throw my last hand away, and am packing my chips up to leave as the 22A flop hits... turned out SB had AA, and picked up a nice ~$600 pot...
