These are all against the same guy. He's a maniac running at 46/29. I have about 300 hands on him.

His Total Aggression factor is 2.4.
He c-bets 93% of the time.
Doesn't fold much. His fold to flop bet % is 28%.
Call c-bet % is 47%
Raise c-bet % is 23%
His bet river % is 70%!

I think he is kind of bluffy (Aren't all maniacs like that) and I don't think he would ever fold with a draw or top pair.


Hand 1: Effective stacks of $280

I raise from the CO. Villain is in the SB and calls. The other donk at the table in the BB also calls.

Flop is . Villain donk leads for $14 (Pot has $21 in it) . BB folds. Do you raise here? Call with position? I'd say my fold equity is small against this guy. If I raise and he pushes, would that be an easy call?


Hand 2: $214 effective stacks.

He raises UTG to $7. It folds to me in the SB and I call with . BB also calls.

Flop is . I check, BB checks, Villain bets $14, and I decide to just call (Is this ok?) BB folds.

Turn is the . Pot has $49. I check and he bets $32. Raise here? Just call again?


Hand 3: $325 effective stacks.

He is in MP and raises to $7. I have in the SB and 3-bet to $25. He calls.

Flop is
I lead $38 and he raises to $108. He has about $190 left.

Would you ever just call here and let him hang himself. Or not because of the flush draw out there? If I raise, do I push, or raise a smaller amount, like to $220? If I wanted to just call, would I check to him, or lead out? There is no way I am folding this, even if a diamond comes on the turn, right (because I think his range is super wide).

Hand #1 call, it's not a horrible raise or anything but you're a bit deep and getting 3-bet all in sucks. Also most people expect you to raise a flush draw so your hand is hidden.

Hand #2 I would raise the turn, he is wild and there's too many bad rivers. If you're calling an UTG raise with KQo (which might be fine against this guy) you gotta be willing to get it in here.

Based on description of villain

1) Call flop bet. He doesnt fold much. Dont raise when you have nothing and your fold eauity is low. Just call and break him when you hit.

2) Exact opposite of hand #1. You say he wont fold much at all. Pound the crap out of him here since you have a monster. Never slow play a guy like this. Dont be afraid to raise too much because he might fold. Pound away and he will call away.

3) I would shove all in, but if I called, i would lead the turn. I would never check it to him. If I was going to lead out on the turn, it would have to be all in since the pot is so big, which is why I just shove all in now before he gets to see the turn card.
