Im with TR on this one. If you are going to continue to put money in the pot while out of position and I've got the nuts, then why come back over the top and dry up the well. I call behind you untill the river and then come over the top or until you stop firing.

Like everybody else, I bet the flop to see where I am but I go into check/fold mode after the call on the flop.
