JJ from SB - NL50 6max

Cant remember any real specific reads, except that both players seemed pretty donktastic. One guy was like 40/10/2.5 (the guy that pushes the turn), and the other guy I dont remember at all.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players

Stack sizes:
UTG: $48
UTG+1: $17.20
CO: $145.32
Button: $126.45
hero: $98.75
BB: $75.50

Pre-flop: (6 players) hero is SB with [Js] [Jh]
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, Button calls, hero raises to $2.5, BB folds, UTG calls, CO folds, Button calls.

Flop: [5s] [Jd] [9s] ($8.5, 3 players)
hero bets $5.5, UTG calls, Button calls.

Turn: [Kd] ($25, 3 players)
hero ... crap. Hero isn't sure exactly what to do. I assume just bet out and hope they are on the spade draw and not the straight draw. I still have 10 outs vs a made straight, and I cant give someone drawing to the flush a free card, so i have to bet, right? I guess best option is get it allin and suckout if they made their hand, right? Guess I shoulda bet more on the flop too. Meh I am the suck at poker.

Given that you're OOP and deep-stacked, I like a bigger than normal pre-flop raise here - at least $4 if not $5.

You're only behind KK and QT at this point, so I think you still need to bet out - $20 will still leave you enough behind to get away if button shoves. If UTG shoves and button folds, it's an easy call. If UTG shoves and button smooth-calls, yuck.

And yes, bet more on the flop.

Raise more preflop. I normally 4x + 1x for each limper. And when I'm OOP like this, I tack on at least another, more if the table likes to limp/call a lot.

And yes, bet more on the flop. Board is too wet to let them see the turn this cheaply.

I'd bet the turn and hope that if someone shoves it's utg and button folds.

edit: meh, stick beat me.
