I wanted to come up with something different, but all I can see is AA vs JT.

But no. My final answer is this: AA vs AT. Total insanely wonderfully perfect flop for you to take all his money. You both tried to slowplay each other, but all the $$ was going in eventually. The only problem with this theory is I think he might have re-raised you on the turn with his AT. Anyway, I'm sticking with that guess.

I tried real hard to put you on a serious Doyle Brunson style move with KQ. But you don't go all-in on a straight with the boat possibilities out there. And if you do, you don't deserve to win the hand -- so you don't post it.
