Question #1) I would usually 3-bet shove the flop, but didn't because he nearly min-raised, I didn't have the nut flush draw, and I had position. Mistake?

Question #2) Is it better to call/fold/shove that turn?

I think the flop is close, readless I can prolly find a fold here but it looks ok.
