I've been getting better at it but I still have this problem too.

Problem #1: Getting in my head to target and play hard against one particular player or bully. I end up pushing weaker hands than I am used to and losing.

Problem #2: Betting on the turn when I am defeated...this happend most when I have QQ, the flop comes Ace or King high with no draw, and I bet out and get called. I have to try to check/fold down more often if I am called in that situation.
