QQ vs a maniac muppet

UTG min raises to $4. I repop him to $18 with [Qh][Qc] He calls.

This guy plays every single hand. Hes min raised a few times before. He can have literally anything at this point. I havent seen him do anything amazingly stupid post flop other than min bet his flush draws and stuff like that.

Pot $39. Flop [5d][5c][2s]. He checks, I bet $24. He min check raises to $48. I started with $215 and he covers. How do you play this?
