I am not sure about full ring, but i don't think you should be playing AJo from that early position.
That being said, raise to $0.40 PF. 4xBB should be standard.

I'd struggle to put either of them on AA as well. Definately make sure you make a note of this and I pretty much agree with Red about playing this hand, OOP, 8 handed. If you want to play it, make a bigger raise. All you need is for one donk in EP/MP to call this w/ any two and the odds look very good for a whole bunch of hands in the C/O or OTB. Before you know it, you're playing AJo, OOP in a family pot, not ideal at all.

As played, looks fine, cooler. Like I say, make a note villian plays AA this way.
