If we agree we can get it all in either way, then there is no reason why shoving is better than calling.
If you disagree we can get it all in either way (obv once in a rare while you won't but I think probably 85-90%+ of the time you can) then yes shoving is better.
I'm willing to concede I'm wrong here if another good player or two tells me it's a shove, but as of now I still don't think I am. There is no reason we shouldn't see the turn cheaply if we can get it in either way and we just about always can.
Note: I understand the concept behind breaking someone's equity in half by letting a turn come, but this only works if the player slightly ahead isn't going to stack off when the blank comes. For example, if the flop comes

comes, so he can break your equity down from 50% to 25% by letting one card peel and pricing you out on the turn. But in this case he's stacking off either way so I think calling is def. better.
