KK out of Position on Scary board (100NL 6 max)

Villain is running at 50/13 and doing a lot of limp/calling.

I put him on a flush draw or a Queen. But really, he could have anything with those donkish stats.

What should I do on the river? Check/call? Check/fold? Or lead out with a shove (A Queen will mayeb call that, right?)
