River bluff #2 imo (NL$200)

BB is very much a regular, I actually have a ton of hands with him from NL$50 (lolz). CO seems kinda bad but isn't too spewy/call stationy or anything.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Converter Tool from (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

SB ($266.60)
BB ($200)
UTG ($200)
MP ($220.25)
CO ($260.05)
Hero ($200)

Preflop: Hero is Button with AImage, 2Image.
2 folds, CO calls $2, Hero raises to $9, 1 fold, BB calls $7, CO calls $7.

Flop: ($28) 9Image, QImage, TImage (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($28) 6Image (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero checks.

River: ($28) KImage (3 players)
BB checks, CO checks, Hero bets $20

Does any flush/straight not value bet that river? I mean, it's like come on. And can any pair call that river, and how are two pairs getting to that river for that matter?

So yeah basically +EV or no?
The better player should win the race. Always.
