I love how I played this. I checked the river because I thought he had missed a draw and I was trying to induce a bluff.

After I checked the river and he bet...I looked on my notes and it said he raised KJ suited in LP $15 preflop. That made the river call easier..though I would have called anyway if I had no read at all.

Not that I want to pump up your already to large ego :lol: but you played this perfectly. there is no way this guy flopped the str8, he would have raised the flop or turn, same with a set. The river is your money card since it misses the str8 and flush draws. The fact that you made two pair with is just icing on the cake. Plus the overbet on the river reeks of a bluff. I would have been more scared if he had bet $30.

This looks great, i also like to check a river when no draws got there to induce a bluff when im 95% sure i have the best hand, well played.
