AA in BB

$100 NL on UB.
Table is pretty wild (av. pot $60), but this is my first orbit so no real reads.

I get black aces in the BB. Everyone folds to the SB, who raises to $3. I decide to call. I know this is questionable, but I hope to set a trap here in order to build a big stack. Flop is JT5, two hearts. SB bets $6, I raise pot. SB calls. Turn is a rag. SB checks. What do you do? What do you put the SB on? You both started with a full buyin.

I always find it hard to determine how much the effect of both players being in the blinds affects your decisions. You never know when a player is playing back at you whether he does so because he has a big hand or because he simply doesn't give you any credit for it.

I fire about 2/3 a pot on the turn and determine from there. Did you observe the table and get any PT info on the SB. I would still raise from the BB since you are new to the table, no one has a read on you so they might not think you have such a big hand.

What Kenny said, bet 2/3 pot or so. You should be ahead. If he calls and a non-threatening card comes on the river, you might even valuebet the river 1/2 pot or so if he checks it. In Blind Wars the winning hand is usually a lot weaker than normal.

I'd bet 3/4 or more of the pot on the turn. Personally, I just don't like the 2/3 bet because it seems a bit weak (not that 3/4 is overpowering but it doesn't seem so weak to me).

Also, this is a note taking opportunity. There are some guys who will call any reraise or check raise on that street just because they don't want to feel bullied. They are chip spewers and if this guy folds or shows down something weak I'd start checkraising him and reraising him often.
