Call. he has a mid pp here most of the time and raising is just going to get him to fold it. let him keep putting money in there

I would smooth call with the intention of taking it all the way on the turn.

If there wasnt a caller in between its an easy call and try to get the money in later. Now though i think i agree with folding.
