Am I weak tight?

I've noticed that there is a large gap between my showdown winnings and my actual winnings. Is my WtSD% low? I also find that I'm losing a lot of money with one pair hands. Is this normal? I heard somewhere that the average winning hand in Hold 'Em is two pair.
