What you want to happen here especially against a calling station, and something I sometimes fail to do, is raise enough to either get him to push or pot commited to a value bet on the river.
He has about $150 left after raising it up $40 (it is late and i feel math challenged)? If you make it a smooth $100 now he isn't getting away for $50 on the river and may push into the nuts on his own at the turn.
If he is a good calling station you can go ahead and bet his stack now, I like the lead, get raised move in approach with calling stations the do call a lot with just the straight or some weird two pair a lot. I think he very likely has K

scares him. If he is a horrible calling station he just filled a gutshot and might have the 6[c] to go with it, and will call any bet now too.
The point is get the most in now while he is willing to be active, and before the board pairs and you start to out think yourself. If there is only $50 left to call and the board does pair you pretty much have too, as you will be getting about 7:1 on the call if you attempt to check it down, and the same goes for if you push into any river card.
I hope it worked out and he gave up more action!
