The real question here is given the opponents stack size what do you do preflop? I can't raise him allin with QQ and almost any flop is scary without a Q because I fear AA and KK with him first to act.

The only reason I didn't fold preflop was because my raise looked like a steal in that spot to him. The limp reraise scared me but I couldn't talk myself into folding QQ here even though I know he's now got almost half his stack in the pot. I almost talked myself into a call on the flop but realized I was probably trying to hard to find a reason to call and was only ahead of JJ or pure snow here.

Let me know how you'd play this hand so I can stop playing it so poorly.

I'ld fold preflop without any reads on this player. Always until further noted you must look at a limp utg re-raise as AA KK. It is a must because the majority of the time it is. Without further information on teh player, your best move is to fold preflop. Your not getting correct implied odds to call 10 more hoping to hit a set, and if your planning on folding on an undercard flop, no reason to call that 10 more off.
