This is a spot where if the guy is tight or passive enough (which is quite common at full ring) I would just fold. His range is just too strong (ie mostly sets).

If you had more info, like this guy was quite loose and aggro you could consider other moves but since you are OOP and have only 2 outs if behind I would fold.
