Putting this in bad beats because I think I played it right?

Table is loose / passive. I've added notes to several on the table that they'll call with bottom pairs or unpaired weak aces. Villain has such a note.

Hero in SB w/ $17 and change
Villian on Button w/ $4 - rebuought short after I busted him a couple hands ago

Preflop: MP limps, Button limps, I complete SB with [7c], BB checks

Flop: 0.40 I bet 0.20 and get called all around.

Turn: 1.20 I bet 1.00, folds to Button who calls

River: 3.20 Button has 2.70 left and I'm not folding, so I put him in.
