At the $20s people go broke with all kinds of hands. It's a beautiful thing. TPGK is a standard hand to donk off a stack with.
I ran at an average of $12+ per hour for many, many hours 4-tabling the $20 tables. Not a lot of money but a huge winrate in BB/100. I wasn't even very good at that time (not to say that I am very good right now ...). Just wait for big hands and double up against top pair, not much more to it than that.
