Yeah I gave it away in my journal, I only lost 10... I wonder if I'm playing too much variance to win and lose that much

i don't know how the non-pf hands developed, but i'm thinking you should take all of these coinflips every chance you get. just make sure you have the BR for it and you understand the variance -- both when you win and when you lose.
